Refund policy
All sales are final, due to hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns. However, if you have an item that is faulty or damaged, you need to contact us first. We will notify you on when you can send the faulty/damaged item back. We will fully inspect the item before we can send you a full refund.
If you have already placed your order and you would like to make any changes to it then please send us an email with your name, order number, and your concern.
