Please note that all sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on our products. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will then provide instructions on how to return the item for inspection.
Once we receive the returned item, we will thoroughly inspect it to confirm the fault or damage. If the fault or damage is confirmed, we will provide you with a full refund. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds until we have received and inspected the returned item.
Please be advised that upon receipt of your order, you have a period of 48 hours to submit any complaints. We kindly ask you to contact us, and upon mutual agreement, you may return the unit/item. Should you raise a complaint after this timeframe, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to assist with any issues. Additionally, please note that the unit you receive may differ from the image presented, as it is a ‘Replica.’
